baby ej.

Remember Janice's baby shower that I wrote about here? Well, last week she had the baby and...

It's a GIRL!!!! Little Miss Everly Joy.

I was lucky enough to be at the house when she came home from the hospital. So excited to have another niece added to the bunch!

it's raining babies.

Here's to hoping The Weather Girls "It's Raining Men" just ran through your head!

Two of my cousins are having babies within the next few months meaning baby showers!! And last week must have been the primo week to have baby showers. Sunday was Janice's baby shower and the following Saturday was Judy's.

Some of the ladies in the family got together to celebrate the blessing of the newest member of our family who is almost here! My cousin, Janice, is due to deliver her second baby (you've seen photos and videos of her first - Wynterlyn) in May. Her due date is actually Dave's birthday! But everyone thinks she's going to deliver sooner than that. We don't know if it's a boy or girl, so I'm really excited for the little one to get here. He or she just needs to finish cooking first. :) We gathered for a non-baby shower baby shower at a dim sum restaurant. It was your standard baby shower minus the games. Lots of chatting and eating. And let me tell you, we ate a lot! It was delicious.

Judy's baby shower was held at the house and filled with Filipino food - if only I had taken a photo of that feast. It was delicious. It was a HOT day on Saturday. The type of hot that sets records. Finding shade was a big deal that day. It was a co-ed baby shower with a bounce house in the backyard for the kids. I didn't get as many photos from this day (I took three to be exact), but trust me... it was gorgeous and fun. Oh, it's a boy!

Panamá with Dave and Anzuelo in April
It's been a long time since my last post and I've gotten some flack for it from family - don't worry they've all  gotten their due too since I'm not the only one who hasn't been updating. Since there's so much that's happened, here's the reader's digest version... Thanksgiving in the bay. Christmas in SD with Dave. Precepted at UCDMC's NICU January through April. Turned 25, got pinned, and visited Dave with the parentals in April. Studied for, stressed over, passed the NCLEX, and became a nurse in May! This summer holds trips to Vegas, Panamá, and DC. Well, the future holds a lot of trips to DC as Dave will be moving there once he's back from Panamá. Enjoy the photos which outline the past few months much better than I can!
