i've arrived.

I got into Panamá just before 1pm local time. Dave got stuck in traffic so I started to read "Three Cups of Tea" while I waited. Once he arrived, we walked to the bus stop and then decided to catch a cab instead. $20 but it was well worth it for the air con and to not have to fight for a seat. We got to Albrook mall and went to the bus terminal where I had my first meal in Panamá. Whopper Junior with Cheese, a side of fries and a Coca-Cola! Mmmmm. We eventually bought our bus tickets for our upcoming trip to Costa Rica as well as our bus tickets to Penonomé where we are now. We're currently at the Hotel Dos Continentes where they have wireless internet, air conditioning, television and hot water. We're gonna do some grocery shopping in the morning and then head to his place. I'll update in about a week with as many pictures as I can. Love!!!
